It’s not your Job’s job to make you feel happy.
That responsibility is all yours.
If you’re struggling with feeling undesirable feelings at work, ask yourself this.
What does my Job need to do for me?
Why do I think it’s my Job’s responsibility?
What if I were able to provide that for myself, instead of putting the ownership on my Job?
Take ownership of what you think and how you feel about your job.
Choose to love it.
Choose to use it for what it provides to you and your family.
Or, leave it.
But don’t just sit there and expect it to do something for you.
That’s not it’s job.
