The last few weeks, I’ve been experiencing a level of anxiety I’ve never experienced.
Stress is such a killer: I’m gaining weight, my business growth has seen a stall, and I’m having a hard time deciding what to do.
So, met with my coach.
And she asked me this one powerful question.

The answer: Headspace. One day of headspace to allow myself to experience the anxiety and really listen to what my mind is trying to tell me through my feelings.
