Sometimes when we try to cut back or quit something altogether, our brains go to this “all or nothing” place where we label it as “bad.”
Like when we want to cut back on drinking.
Our brains demonize alcohol – as if alcohol is the problem.
But it’s not the problem. It can’t be. Alcohol is an inanimate object.
It’s not good or bad.
It doesn’t jump out of the bottle and pour itself down our throats.
It’s just there. Minding its own business.
The real problem is our brains.
We’ve taught ourselves to like drinking.
And that’s really good news because you can unlearn what you’ve learned.
Come with me to learn how.
